Salary: £30,000 to £32,000 DOE + bonus
Contract: Permanent

Multitask Personnel are delighted to be partnering with a market-leading renewable energy wholesaler that is transforming the UK trade sector through innovation, exceptional service and a strong commitment to sustainability.

Due to continued growth, they are seeking ambitious and commercially driven Internal Sales Executives to join their newly opened Livingston team. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career within one of the UK’s fastest-growing industries.


The Role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key role within the branch, managing customer enquiries, developing strong relationships and supporting the wider sales function. You will provide product advice, process orders and deliver tailored solutions across an expanding renewable energy portfolio.

This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role with a strong emphasis on both sales performance and service delivery.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activity
  • Qualify leads and pass opportunities to Business Development Managers where appropriate
  • Prepare and manage quotations, sales orders and customer enquiries
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing and delivery
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM and order management systems
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfilment
  • Support solar system design (full training provided)
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets

About You

You will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach to sales and customer service. Comfortable working in a target-driven environment, you will excel at building relationships over the phone and via email.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an internal sales or similar customer-facing role (wholesale experience and/or solar/electrical knowledge desirable)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident telephone manner, including outbound calling experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or order management systems
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • An interest in renewable energy would be advantageous
