About the Role: Multitask Personnel are looking for dedicated individuals to join our clients busy Adult Social Care team as an Information Access Officer. Serving as the central contact point for all adult social care enquiries, you will play a key role in handling both telephone and electronic contacts, contributing to the smooth operation of a high-volume service that manages 50,000 contacts per year.
