Role Overview:

Multitask Personnel are working alongside our award-winning energy provider who are looking to expand their team! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Operations for the East of England. The ideal candidate will have solid experience managing a senior management team with a total team of 100 plus FTE. As the Head of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership to a team of managers and a large field installation team
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and implement strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company objectives
• Collaborate with senior leaders to establish operational goals, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Champion a customer-centric approach, focusing on delivering exceptional service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Proactively address any customer concerns or complaints, taking prompt and effective action to resolve issues and ensure complete satisfaction.

Requirements:.

• Proven senior leadership and people management skills
• Experience managing a large team in excess of 100 FTE (Any industry background considered)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
