Head of Operations- Insulation

Location- South Yorkshire

Salary – Up to £80k (the salary is negotiable dependant on experience)

Are you an experienced Senior Manager from the Insulation/Eco industry looking for a role with excellent scope to progress into Director level position?  We have a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company who operate within the Energy and Renewables sector to head up their brand new insulation business.  With contracts already secured with some of the top energy companies to install a range of insulation, including wall, loft and floor for their residential customers its certainly an exciting time to join this thriving business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the installation business providing guidance, support, and training to team leaders and Installers ensuring optimal performance and efficiency
• Manage client relationships and contracts to ensure KPIs are adhered to
• Full P&L management
• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of multiple insulation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure installations meet company quality standards, PAS2030 compliance, and health and safety requirements.
• Act as the primary contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage the procurement and allocation of materials and equipment, ensuring the team is fully equipped to execute projects efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes, systems, and project delivery to improve efficiency and maintain exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience managing the installation of Floor, Wall and Loft insulation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with teams and clients.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience in managing projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, and delivering high-quality results.
