Group Bookings Advisor

Multitask Personnel is delighted to be partnering with a leading utilities provider within the smart metering industry to recruit a Group Bookings Advisor for their Industrial & Commercial department based in Doncaster.

The Role

As a Group Bookings Advisor, you will be responsible for managing bookings across multiple sites for group customers, ensuring a seamless customer journey from initial contact through to appointment scheduling. Working closely with internal departments, you will deliver outstanding customer service while meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Industrial & Commercial (I&C) customers to arrange utility meter installations and upgrades across multiple sites, ensuring appointments are scheduled efficiently and customer requirements are met.
  • Understand individual customer requirements to ensure bookings are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Re-engage with customers to rearrange appointments where initial bookings are unable to proceed.
  • Participate in regular coaching and development sessions with your Team Leader to enhance performance and customer experience.
  • Build strong working relationships with Contact Centre colleagues and wider business teams, sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Follow company procedures and compliance standards while taking a proactive, solution-focused approach to resolving issues.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within processes and customer interactions.

About You

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven, customer-focused environment.
  • Previous experience in a call centre, sales, or customer service role (preferred).
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills.
  • Good computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively within a high-performing team.
  • A proven track record of achieving targets and objectives under pressure.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer outcomes.

Working Hours

  • 40 hours per week
  • 8:30am and 4.30pm, Monday to Friday
  • Occasional Saturday work required

Pay & Benefits

  • £13.45 per hour
  • Weekly pay whilst working through the agency
  • Monthly performance bonus based on productivity and quality KPIs
