Our client, a leading Property Services provider have a great opportunity for a Groundworker to join their team to provide an efficient driver/labouring/maintenance service to the trades team.

Duties will include:-

• Fencing
• Concreting
• Aco Drains
• Flagging
• Assist tradesmen with labouring duties
• Carry out minor garden maintenance duties
• Assist with property rip outs 

To be successful you will have:

• CSCS Card
• Driving Licence
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (or willing to sit this)
• Experience of maintenance work on domestic properties
