Job Role – Energy Manager

Location- Coventry

Salary- £48k

Multitask Personnel have partnered with a leading Energy assessment provider who have been working in the industry for over 10 years. Our client is currently on the look out for a general manager to oversee the whole operations. Our client pride themselves on retrofit and energy services working with homeowners, landlords, local authorities, installers, and developers.

Responsibilities-

• Practical knowledge of budgeting, cash-flow regulation, maintaining balance sheets and monitoring the profit and loss statements
• Good data analysis, planning and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good leadership qualities with the ability to provide direction
• Coach your team to work efficiently and create a working environment that enables team to excel, grow and develop.

Experience-

• Experience within compliance
• Experience within Health & Safety & Facilities
• Must be able to identify and define problems
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Have energy/retrofit experience (desirable)
• Positive attitude with high level of motivation and initiative
