Gas Supervisor – Technical Team Leader
Location: Knowsley
Salary: £36,178 - £40,401 per annum + Company Van & Fuel Card + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

About the Gas Team Leader:

• As a Technical Team Leader, you will play a key role in delivering the future growth strategy by managing contract requirements across various gas-related jobs.

Key Responsibilities for the Gas Team Leader :

• Oversee contract requirements for gas installations, maintenance, repairs, void tasks, responsive repairs, and planned maintenance
• Ensure client and business KPIs are met
• Manage and support a team of engineers working on domestic and commercial properties
• Ensure efficient and high-quality delivery of work
• Deputise for line management when required
• Conduct regular inspections of assets, van stock, PPE, uniform, and vehicles
• Maintain strong knowledge of contract parameters, procurement processes, and escalation protocols
• Provide field and back-office support for end-to-end processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Recognised formal training with relevant craft qualifications
• NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
• ACS Qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
• LPG and Unvented qualifications (desirable)
• Strong understanding of gas legislation and health & safety practices
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to manage workload efficiently
• Excellent customer service skills and experience working with the public
• Flexibility and adaptability
