About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Foot Mobile Electrical Engineer to join a growing facilities management team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified engineer who enjoys working across multiple commercial sites, delivering both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring electrical systems and associated building services remain safe, compliant, and fully operational while providing an excellent level of service to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and associated building services.
• Diagnose electrical faults and carry out repairs efficiently to minimise downtime.
• Complete routine inspections, testing, and maintenance in line with current regulations.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and complies with Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and site stakeholders.
• Support the wider engineering team when required.
• Apply Water Hygiene knowledge to ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Essential Requirements

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (Craft/Old Craft or equivalent).
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
• Proven experience in a similar Foot Mobile or Mobile Electrical Engineer role within commercial building maintenance or facilities management.
• Strong electrical fault-finding, maintenance, and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of Water Hygiene requirements.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
