Role: FM Contracts Manager

Location: Sheffield with travel to various sites

Salary: £52.5k + Vehicle Allowance

Overview:

We are seeking an FM Contracts Manager to join a leading Mechanical & Electrical business. In this role, you will focus on Electrical and Fire Alarm Systems, managing technical teams, ensuring compliance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical team in delivering PPMs, reactive maintenance, and remedial works.
• Manage on-call rotas and ensure adequate out-of-hours cover.
• Build strong client relationships and manage supply chain partners.
• Oversee compliance with SLA and KPI targets, ensuring timely maintenance and certification.
• Prepare quotes and ensure adherence to safety and legislative standards.
• Monitor performance using CAFM systems and compile reports.
• Support tender processes and business development initiatives.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline.
• Proven experience in client relations, team management, and tendering.
• SSSTS essential; SMSTS desirable.
• Strong knowledge of electrical and fire alarm systems, compliance, and PPM.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CAFM systems.
• Full UK driving licence.
