• Floor Layer – Ellesmere Port and Neston Area.
• £19.00 UTR
• PAYE Rates available too.
• Starting 12^th Feb until end of March, may lead to more work.

Our client, who are a leading social housing provider, are currently recruiting for experienced Floor layer

This will be working in Tenanted properties, customer care/service is key apart of the role.

• Full floor laying duties
• Flooring and floor tiler
• Fitting floors to wet rooms, upstands and hot and cold welds
• Measuring, estimating and ordering quantities of floor coverings
• Cuts, spreading adhesive cement and latex screeding
• Laying out centrelines and underlays of hardboard sheets
• Covering materials and joining sections of sheet covering
• Prepare and complete floor laying and finished using vinyl, linoleum, rubber, sheet (including Polysafe)
• Tile as hard floor finishing including carpet laying
• Hot Weld Joints

To be successful for the role you need:

• CSCS Card – Advantageous
• Driving Licence
• Own Tools

The Company Offers

• Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:30
• Company van for work purpose will need to be left at the Yard overnight.
