Fleet Admin Co-ordinator

Do you have Fleet Administrator experience and are looking to work for a reputable company in Slough?

Multitask Personnel are working with one of our reputable clients who supply energy to customers and have a 5* rating for customer service.

We’re recruiting for a Fleet Administrator, based at their office in Slough on a permanent basis. You will be assisting the field operations team with claims and incident management (bodyshop and livery) 

Duties for the Fleet Administrator Role will include:

  • Log and maintain detailed information on all aspects of fleet
  • Scheduling and booking vehicle servicing, MOTs and safety recalls
  • Provide project support for fleet related initiatives (EV migration) 
  • Provide fleet administration support to the field operations team (e.g. parking apps, telematics)
  • Good working knowledge of Excel

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, maintaining high levels of accuracy and able to work independently once trained, previous analysis experience would be preferred.

The department is very busy with lots of time critical work activities, so you need to be well organised and able to adapt and prioritise work if necessary. 

In Return:

  • Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week
  • £24.5K per annum
  • 23 days per annum (pro-rata) + 8 bank holidays
