Role: Team Manager – Smart Metering

Location: North East Field Based

Salary: Circa £43,000 + Company Vehicle

Multitask Personnel have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a dynamic and expanding business within the energy industry, our client is currently recruiting for a field team manager to join their continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of engineers to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Shape processes and workflows that enhance customer service.
• Coach and mentor engineers, enabling them to grow and excel.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to implement business strategies and drive team performance.
• Ensure positive customer experiences and resolve issues promptly, meeting customers when needed.

Requirements:

• Experience leading teams in operational and engineering roles to deliver top-tier customer service.
• Proven experience managing field-based engineers.
• Confident leader capable of delivering quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Organized, resilient under pressure, and collaborative, with a focus on safety and quality.
• Strong people skills, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel and support engineers and customers in the field.
