Our leading solar wholesaler client are going through a period of exciting growth and we’re looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join the team at their Sheffield distribution centre. This is a key role in which you will provide efficient PA support to the senior leadership team. You will manage diaries, including appointments and meetings, provide administrative support and ensure access to relevant files/documents when required.

 

Responsibilities of the PA:

  • Managing all incoming emails, initially flagging and noting what has and hasn’t been actioned.
  • Setting up meetings and making travel arrangements
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Liaising with external investors and organising board meetings.
  • Helping with planning for some company events and activities
  • Some administrative tasks for the company / CEO
  • Running of general errands to support the smooth operation of the businesses.
  • Planning conferences, workshops, seminars and other events
  • Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing to all participants
  • Liaising with other members of staff and external parties such as clients and press
  • Ensure the CEO workload and tasks are prioritised and delegated effectively.

 

Required skills and experience for the PA:

  • To be considered for the role of Executive Personal Assistant, you will need:
  • Previous experience within a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, supporting at board level.
  • The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the utmost discretion
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, to meet strict deadlines
  • Great rapport building skills, to build strong relationships with the executives
  • Computer literacy, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
  • The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivation to deliver the role remotely
