Are you an Electrician base in or around Newcastle? Do you have experience within social housing? Have you obtained your 18^th Edition?...

Multitask Personnel is working on behalf of an established housing association who are looking for a high calibre electrician who is willing to go the extra mile. You will provide Planned and Reactive Maintenance within social projects.

Due to rapid growth our customer is looking to recruit an Electrician to join the maintenance team. The role involves carrying out planned and reactive maintenance within social housing and void/occupied properties.  

What do you need?

• Previous experience within Planned and Reactive Maintenance
• 18^th Edition Certificate  
• NVQ L3
• Previous experience working on Social Housing projects
• Full UK Driving Licence
