Salary: £38,571 per annum + £1,950 per annum on call (1 in 4) + overtime (after 37.5 hours)

Multitask Personnel are recruiting for a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join a leading building services contractor within their Facilities Management division.

This role will involve delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and installation works across hospitality sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and small installation works
• Fault finding, repairs, alterations and electrical testing in line with current regulations
• Work across a range of systems including lighting, distribution boards, fire and intruder alarms, pumps, motors, BMS, HVAC, PAT testing and EV systems
• Respond to reactive callouts and participate in a 1 in 4 on-call rota
• Produce quotes for repair and installation works
• Update and maintain CAFM system records accurately
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, health & safety, and site procedures
• Travel between multiple sites as required

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3, AM2,
• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and fault finding
• Experience working within Facilities Management or building services environments
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexible approach and willingness to take part in on-call rota

Package:

• £38,571 basic salary per annum
• £1,950 on-call allowance (1 in 4) per annum
