Location: Mobile – Central London
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum + On call Payment
Employment Type: Permanent, Full Time or Contracting – Flexible on Days working

Monday to Friday + On- Call Rota (1 in 3 weeks)

About the Role - Fabric Engineer – Multi Trade (High-End Residential)

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Electrician to become part of the maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for providing reliable reactive maintenance and electrical testing across a range of residential and hospitality properties. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has a proven track record in both fault diagnosis and inspection & testing, with the ability to deliver work to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical fault-finding and responsive maintenance
• Undertaking electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Completing inspection & testing (EICRs, remedials, certification)
• Maintaining and repairing emergency lighting systems
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 3 weeks).

Requirements for the Electrician

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full, Clean UK driving licence
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
