Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £52,000 plus on call

Monday to Friday + On- Call Rota (1 in 3 weeks)

Multitask Personnel are working with a dynamic property maintenance company committed to delivering top-quality services across residential, commercial, and hospitality.

We are looking for a qualified, experienced Electrician to become part of the maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for providing reliable reactive maintenance and electrical testing across a range of residential and hospitality properties.This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who has a proven track record in both fault diagnosis and inspection & testing, with the ability to deliver work to the highest industry standards.

Duties will include but not limited to (Electrician):

• Carrying out electrical fault-finding and responsive maintenance
• Undertaking electrical installations, repairs, and upgrades
• Completing inspection & testing (EICRs, remedials, certification)
• Maintaining and repairing emergency lighting systems

Requirements for the Electrician:

• City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
• Full, Clean UK driving licence
• Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
