Electrician - Domestic

Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Salary: Circa £39,000 + Overtime + Call-Outs

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with a well-established building services contractor as they strengthen their team to support housing association contracts across Yorkshire.

Our client provides responsive maintenance and planned works for domestic properties, focusing on delivering high standards of service and compliance. They are now looking for a skilled Electrician to join their team, working on a mix of occupied homes and occasional void properties.

The Role - Electrician

• Reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across domestic properties
• 2nd fix electrical works, testing and fault finding
• Carrying out remedial works following inspections
• Supporting ongoing maintenance and upgrade projects
• Participating in call-out rota and overtime as required

What We’re Looking For - Electrician

• Fully qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds 2391 or equivalent)
• Proven experience in domestic maintenance and installations
• Ability to work independently, with a customer-focused approach
• Knowledge of current wiring regulations (18th Edition)
• Full UK driving licence
