Role Overview:

Multitask Personnel are working with our award-winning client, a UK renewable energy group, specialising in sustainable energy, including EV, Solar Energy and Air Source Heat Pumps.

They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Professional with expertise in the fields of Electric Vehicle (EV) technology, Heat Pump systems, and Solar Photovoltaic (PV) installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to educate electricians on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of renewable energy systems. This role requires in-depth knowledge of electrical principles, hands-on experience in renewable energy technologies, and the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive training, covering EV technology, Heat Pump systems, and Solar PV installations.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations and practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge and enhance technical skills.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in renewable energy technologies to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and continuously improve training materials and delivery methods.
• Offer technical support and guidance to electricians encountering challenges during the installation or maintenance of renewable energy systems.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant feedback, and program outcomes.

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of Renewable Energy in the related fields.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in electrical installations, with specific expertise in EV technology, Heat Pump systems, and Solar PV installations.
• Relevant certifications, or equivalent with a Proven track record in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to learning and professional development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
