Role: Electrical Site Supervisor
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £38,850 plus van, fuel card and other benefits!
Contract: Temp to Perm
Multitask Personnel are working with a property maintenance company who have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Site Supervisor with previous experience in an Electrical QS role, to join their team based in Liverpool
Responsibilities-
• Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors
• Review and Quality Assure the Compliance Certificates generated by electricians and Subcontractors to ensure that Tests have been carried out to the required standard and they meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implantation of processes for the continuous improvement of the organisation’s performance management plans
• Check Electrical Certificate (EICR) is satisfactory, and all completed correctly and filled with dates, times, limitations and save as completed.
• Check all reports (EICR, EML, FA, PAT) are completed correctly.
• Update Client Systems with the Consolidated Certification and Remedial Works.
• Experience using NICEIC certification website.
• Effectively manage all works.
Requirements-
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
• C&G 2391 or equivalent in Electrical Testing & Inspection.
• Experienced in carrying out EICR’s in Domestic/Social Housing environments.
• Experience of maintaining client relations.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regs.
• ECS Gold Card
• Full Driving License
