Role: Electrical Qualifying Supervisor

Salary: IRO £45k plus car and bonus

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading Electrical and Mechanical company based in Sheffield, we are assisting them with the recruitment of a Qualifying Electrical Supervisor. The key function of this role is to review the Electrical Test Certificates received from Testing Electricians & subcontractors and to update the required systems with the associated information.
Responsibilities-
• Review Test Certificates and identify Remedial Works identified.
• Review and Quality Assure the Compliance Certificates generated by electricians and Subcontractors to ensure that Tests have been carried out to the required standard and they meet regulatory requirements.
• Check Planned Maintenance WIP against certification received from engineers and Subcontractors (NICEIC EICR’s, Job logic Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting & PAT Test Certificates)
• Check Electrical Certificate (EICR) is satisfactory, and all completed correctly and filled with dates, times, limitations and save as completed.
• Check all reports (EICR, EML, FA, PAT) are completed correctly.
• Update Client Systems with the Consolidated Certification and Remedial Works.
• Ensure SLAs are achieved and any KPI’s are met with plans in place to drive performance improvement where needed.
• Attend meetings with Management and colleagues.
• Adhere to ISO 9001/14001/45001 protocols and control measures, including facilitating audits.
• Liaise with our Health and Safety Forum and Human Resources Coordinator to engage with Learning and Development in accordance with Site Safety Regulations; keeping them up to date as required. Prompt others to do so.
• Manage financial budgets and expenditure to ensure cost control is in place.
Requirements-
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation & Maintenance.
• C&G 2391 or equivalent in Electrical Testing & Inspection.
• Experienced in carrying out EICR’s in commercial environments.
• Experience of maintaining client relations.
• A decisive, results focused individual with strong organisational, prioritisation and system utilisation skills.
• Ability to use own initiative, working accurately with policies and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of maintenance service across PPM’s, reactive and quoted works
• Highly flexible and self-driven with strong ability to manage their own time
• Prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• PC literate across Excel, Power-point with experience of CAFM systems
• Full Driving License
