Role: Electrical Project Manager (Industrial)

Location: Mobile Role – Birmingham & Newcastle

Salary: Up to £65,000 plus Car/ Car Allowance

Type: Permanent

Our client is a successful and highly reputable Industrial Electrical contractor.  They have been providing contracting services for the Aggregate, Food and Pharma industries for 20 years.  Due to securing a solid pipeline of new projects they are looking to add 2 new Electrical Projects Managers to the team, covering the Newcastle & West Midlands.

Duties for the Electrical Project Manager:

• Agree Project Plans with Project Engineer, manage project milestones & budgets, oversee purchasing, collate all relevant documentation (test & commissioning, CAD, software etc.)
• Manage approx. 4 industrial Installation projects at any one time in varying stages with values between £100k and 1 million. 
• Liaise with client and attend progress meetings, provide variation pricing, advise on potential issues.

The ideal Electrical Project Manager will have:

• Previous experience managing Electrical projects
• Previous experience within the Industrial sector
• Apprentice served JIB Electrician
• Familiarity with design tools such as AutoCad & Trimble is desirable but not essential
• Project Management Qualification Required

In return the company offer for an Electrical Project Manager:

• Up to £65,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
