Role: Team Manager Air Source
Location: Field Based with occasional travel to Slough
Salary: Circa £42,000 + Company Vehicle
Are you experienced in Heat Pump Installation with supervision or management experience, looking to join an expanding company within the renewable sector?
Multitask Personnel are working alongside our award-winning energy provider who are looking to expand their team! An exciting opportunity has arisen for Air Source Team Managers based in Yorkshire and surrounding areas, this is a permanent opportunity which is field based, you will be required to attend the Slough office occasionally, to on-board new recruits.
The role:
-Leading a team of around 10-12 installers
-Ensuring compliance under set regulations
-Ensuring you and your team are delivering great customer experiences
-Lead and inspire to deliver great customer experiences
-Inspire and motivate the team to be part of our zero carbon journey, encouraging creativity and challenge to make things better and more efficient
-Coach your team and you’ll create a working environment that enables installers to excel, grow and develop.
The Candidate:
-Gas Safe registered
-Heat Pump Installation experience
-You must have relevant industry experience, certainly in utilities and preferably in the energy / electrical / renewables / solar installations / low carbon space.
-You must be a confident and experienced leader who can hit the ground running and start to deliver quickly and in a lean environment, happy deliver tasks at every end of the spectrum - big and small.
-You’ll be organised, and have the resilience that allows you to be calm under pressure.
-You’ll be someone who builds your network quickly and collaborates with them to deliver at speed, with a focus on quality, safety and customer experience.
-You’ll have great people skills, a keen eye to detail and the ability to think creatively.
-You’ll be proactive, anticipating the needs of customers, your team and your colleagues and you will be productive in the way you work.
-You’ll be happy to travel, visiting teams on site, supporting through their training and onboarding in Slough, meeting with customers and interacting with partners and suppliers.
-You’ll have a drive to innovate and be excited to do things differently.
