Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 DOE
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent

Multitask Personnel is proud to be working with a leading business within the renewable energy wholesale sector, specialising in solar panels and alternative energy solutions.

We are currently recruiting for a Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their busy Bournemouth site. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing industry and become part of a company making a real impact within the renewable energy market.

The Role

This is a varied position combining warehouse duties with driving responsibilities. You’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the warehouse while also carrying out deliveries and collections using the company vehicle.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving deliveries, checking manifests and identifying any damaged stock
• Picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch
• Completing customer deliveries and supplier collections in the company van
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting customers with collections and loading vehicles
• Supporting the wider team with general warehouse duties
• Building positive working relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points and no major endorsements
• Previous warehouse or wholesale experience preferred
• Experience within renewable energy or solar would be advantageous but is not essential
• Good IT and administrative skills
• Strong communication and organisational abilities
• Flexible, reliable and proactive attitude
• Ability to handle heavy solar panels, batteries and boxed products safely
