Job Summary: Our client is looking for two enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors to assist with an important initiative to increase Pension Credit claims in Barnsley, following changes to Winter Fuel Allowance eligibility. This role involves direct engagement with the public, providing guidance on Pension Credit eligibility, and supporting the client’s wider initiative to help eligible residents claim this benefit.
