Customer Support & Delivery Assistant

Location: Hull
Hours: Monday to Friday
Reports to: Contracts & Procurement Manager
Salary: Up to £26,000 (DOE)


Multitask Personnel are delighted to be partnering with a forward-thinking renewable energy specialist who are working to help businesses decarbonise and cut costs through innovative solar solutions, energy trading, EV infrastructure and Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs). With a focus on collaboration, technology and outstanding customer service, they deliver sustainable projects that support a cleaner, greener future.


About the Role

As Customer Support & Delivery Assistant, you’ll help ensure smooth project delivery while supporting sales leads through the pipeline. You'll create proposals and quotes, deliver exceptional customer service and aftercare, and keep everything on track with excellent organisation and problem-solving skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming emails, flagging and tracking priorities
  • Support sales opportunities including EV solutions, Solar CAPEX and PPAs
  • Follow up on proposals to maintain customer engagement
  • Accurately manage CRM data for leads and project progress
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Assist with daily operations: reporting, pre- and post-installation details, meetings, and system updates
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time with strong aftercare
  • Engage with suppliers, clients and customers through proactive calls
  • Support quoting, pricing negotiations and stakeholder relationships
  • Maintain organised records and documents
  • Assist with planning, budgets, forecasts and reporting
  • Contribute to developing company policies and procedures
  • Provide operational cover for holidays or absences

Education & Qualifications

  • Relevant NVQ qualifications
  • GCSE level or equivalent
  • Experience with Microsoft and CRM applications

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years in the renewable energy industry
  • Knowledge of solar power, PPAs, EV solutions and utility-scale assets
  • Proven track record of meeting targets
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, organised, detail-oriented and a team player
  • Ability to thrive independently or in a team environment
