Location: Leeds (Hybrid) Salary: £30,000 DOE plus benefits Contract Type: Permanent, full-time
Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with a forward-thinking organisation within the domestic retrofit sector, who are expanding their team with the appointment of a Customer Liaison Officer based in Leeds.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves working with people and wants to play a key role in supporting households on their journey towards greener, more energy efficient living. Working in a hybrid role, you’ll become the friendly face of the customer journey, supporting residents from first contact right through to installation.
The Role
As Customer Liaison Officer, you’ll manage the full customer experience across retrofit projects. You’ll be visiting customers in their homes, explaining works clearly, offering reassurance and ensuring they feel supported every step of the way. Alongside this, you’ll work closely with internal teams, surveyors, installers and assessors to keep everything running smoothly.
