About the Role

Our client, a growing and well-established business within the energy efficiency and renewables sector, is looking to recruit an experienced Energy Efficiency Coordinator to join their team based in Dodworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience working within the ECO4 or Warm Homes Decarbonisation Scheme (WHDS) who is looking to join a supportive business where they can play a key role in delivering domestic energy efficiency projects.

Working closely with internal teams, installers and customers, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are coordinated efficiently from enquiry through to completion while maintaining compliance with scheme requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects from start to finish.
• Liaise with customers, surveyors, installers and suppliers to ensure work progresses smoothly.
• Schedule appointments and manage installation diaries.
• Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete and compliant.
• Monitor project progress and resolve any scheduling or operational issues.
• Maintain accurate records using internal systems.
• Work closely with management to ensure targets and deadlines are achieved.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.

About You

To be successful in this role you will ideally have:

• Previous experience coordinating projects within the ECO4 or Warm Homes Decarbonisation Scheme (WHDS).
• A strong understanding of energy efficiency or retrofit programmes.
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with both customers and internal teams.
• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail.
