Role-Contracts Manager
Salary-£40k + Company Vehicle

Multitask Personnel are working with award winning Gas, Mechanical, Electrical and Property Maintenance services.
We are working alongside them to recruit a Contracts Manager - Based in Liverpool - Reporting to Head of Region.
Purpose of the Role:
• Developing the region & driving the business to achieve goals and objectives in line with the strategy set by the Head of Region / Senior Management Team. • Leading and engaging the team in line with the operational strategy, continuously raising the bar in search of service excellence.
Responsibilities: • Ensuring high standards of Health, Safety and Environmental delivery and behaviours across the region. •Work closely with the Head of Region & HR teams to ensure best practice in all areas of people management. Including and not limited to; recruitment, selection, enforcing policies & procedures, monitoring of staffing levels, attendance, annual leave & absences. • Taking responsibility for all leave requests within area of responsibility whilst following company procedures. • Driving a pro-active & positive culture to ensure a ‘right first time’ approach across all works. • Leading and engaging the team to create a positive environment to work in, whilst encouraging the team to take ownership of their responsibilities and projects. • Work closely with the Head of Region and Area Supervisory team to ensure that the day-to-day operational section of the business functions efficiently. • Maximising the performance and contribution of the Area management and Supervisors through regular meetings and performance reviews. • Coordinating the weekly and monthly wages, using the business required process. Working with your Area supervisory teams and Payroll to make sure deadlines are met. • Accomplish regional sales & financial targets set by the Head of Region / Senior Management Team. • To achieve regional sales/goals/operational objectives – strategically plan and review; preparing and completing action plans, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends, implementing change where necessary using correct procedures. • Meet with clients frequently to understand their needs and make sure they are fulfilled. • Work with the relevant business support functions to assist with customer / client matters. •Maintain a strong relationship across internal stakeholders to build and maintain strong communication.
