Role: Contracts Manager

Location: Office based in West Yorkshire, but will be required to travel nationwide.

Salary: £40-£60k pa plus car allowance.

An exciting role has become available for a Contracts manager  to join an outgoing team within our main client. This established shopfitting company with project values between £50K - £3million across; Restaurant, bars and hotels.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of all aspects of project management delivery.

As the contracts manager you would be expected in the office 2 days per week in West Yorkshire.

Role Requirements

• Exceptional client facing skills.
• Management of subcontractors and a direct labour workforce.
• Delivering quality finished end product to time and budget.
• Commercially aware, extensive knowledge of all disciplines involved in the construction process.
• Thorough knowledge of H&S procedures.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Role Responsibilities

• Build good relations with the client and site team.
• Ensure all aspects of the build process are satisfactorily completed on time and within cost, to the highest possible standards.
• Be able to carry out perfect delivery and produce snag free jobs.
• Must be able to run at least two contracts at one time.
• Liaison with construction teams and clients.
• Design control and coordination, directly liaise with designers.
• Management of Site Manager and Site Teams.
• Manage all aspects of build process.
• Visit sites at least one day a week.

Driving License, SMSTS is required.
