Property Clearance Labourer and Mould Eradication Specialist

Location: Wakefield area

Contract Type: Temporary Contract (approx. 6 months)

Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday (flexible hours)

Pay Rate: £11.64 per hour (enhanced rate for over 40 hours)

Company Overview

Multitask Personnel are partnered with leading provider of property protection and management services, They're looking for candidates based around the Wakefield area to join on a a fixed term contract delivering mould eradication / re-let services throughout West Yorkshire.

Candidates need to have a full UK driving licence.
The role is working on void properties within West Yorkshire, to undertake the clearance and clean of void houses to ensure they are ready to re-let, the role is to remove all of the previous residents’ belongings/furniture/carpets etc left behind when they vacate the property. The property then needs to be cleaned and cleared both inside and out

Role Responsibilities

• Clear and clean vacant properties in West Yorkshire
• Remove previous residents' belongings, furniture and carpets
• Perform comprehensive interior and exterior property cleaning
• Assist with mould eradication
• Prepare properties for re-letting

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Physical fitness for manual labour (lifting, carrying furniture, climbing ladders)
• Painting experience (domestic or commercial)
• COSHH awareness
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time management and workload flexibility
