Location: Chesterfield/Mansfield
Contract Type: Temp to Perm
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am -5pm
Pay Rate: £11.64 per hour (PAYE)

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our team in an area covering Chesterfield to Mansfield. This role involves cleaning void properties to ensure they are ready for new occupants after the clearance team has removed any belongings left by previous residents. Duties may also include commercial premises.

Key Responsibilities:

• Thoroughly clean all areas, including stairwells and landings
• Clean kitchen and bathroom areas
• Sweep and mop floors, damp dust, and polish surfaces
• Wipe down all light switches, handrails, door handles and other high-contact points
• Spot-clean walls as needed
• Ensure properties are cleaned to customer specifications

Requirements:

• Prior experience in property cleaning is preferred, especially for vacated properties
• A valid driving licence is essential, as you will be required to drive a company vehicle (maximum of 3 points, no endorsements)
• Flexibility with working hours, as slight variations may occur (standard hours are 8am - 5 pm; enhanced rate for over 40 hours per week)
