Cleaner

Our client are a leading provider of vacant property and people protection, security and management services including lone worker protection.

We are looking to recruit a Void Property Cleaner with a driving licence The position is a field role and will involve visiting various properties in and around Nottingham. 

The role is to undertake a comprehensive clean of void houses to ensure they are ready to re-let, this will be after the clearance team have removed all of the previous residents belongings left behind when they vacate the property.

Duties Include:

• Clean all areas including stairs, landing
• Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Damp, dust and polish dry all applicable areas.
• Wipe clean all light switches and contact points – handrails / door handles etc
• Spot clean as appropriate all walls.
• Remove any cobwebs.
• Ensuring the property is cleaned to customer specification.

As a member of the field team, you must ensure that properties meet the required standards. You will be carrying out scheduled and ad-hoc property works in accordance to your duties as required.

• Previous knowledge of property cleaning when tenants have vacated is preferable for this role
• Full Driving Licence essential, you will be required to drive a company vehicle (no more than 3 points)

This is on a temp to perm basis, working 8am-5.00pm Mon-Fri, hours may vary slightly so you need to be flexible, 40hrs per week. With a start date of 1^st April 2024.
