Call Centre Agent – Outbound Dialler
Location: Tamworth
Pay Rate: £13.05 per hour
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Multitask Personnel are working with a specialist metering services company who are looking for a confident and motivated Call Centre Agent to join their team in Tamworth. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, contacting commercial businesses to arrange appointments for meter reading services.

You will be working on an automated outbound dialler system, speaking with commercial customers and coordinating suitable times for engineers to attend site.

Key Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to commercial businesses using a dialler system
• Arranging and confirming appointments for meter readers
• Updating internal systems with accurate call notes and booking details
• Providing professional and courteous customer service
• Working towards call and booking targets

What We’re Looking For

• Previous call centre or outbound calling experience preferred
• Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
• Good attention to detail and basic IT skills
• Reliable and able to work full-time Monday to Friday
