We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Business Manager to launch and steer one of their brand-new wholesale branches set to open nationwide.

About the Role?

As a commercially minded Business Manager, you’ll take full control of one of our client’s new wholesale distribution businesses. You’ll oversee everything—from sales, purchasing, and administration to full P&L responsibility. This is your chance to drive material growth in a fast-evolving market and truly make your mark.

What You’ll Do:

• Set and execute the strategic direction for your branch.
• Fuel significant growth in the renewable energy sector.
• Cultivate strong supplier relationships through smart purchasing.
• Lead and inspire a top-performing team.
• Leverage your commercial and technical expertise to tap into new markets and identify exciting new products.
• Deliver monthly reports directly to the Group Board.

What We’re Looking For:

• A sharp commercial/sales focus with a knack for leadership.
• Proven experience in wholesale selling via distribution to the trade.
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to act decisively on financial insights.
• A solid understanding of renewable energy, particularly solar and wholesale
