The Role As a Business Development Manager / Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities across South Wales. Your primary focus will be building relationships with solar installation companies, supplying them with the materials they need to support their projects.
This is a field-based role, giving you the autonomy to manage your territory, combined with regular time in the Port Talbot office to stay aligned with the wider team.
