Role- Assistant Buyer

Salary- £33,000 DOE

Location- South Yorkshire

Our client is a successful company operating Nationwide within the Interior fit out sector, working with a number of reputable main contractors, they deliver high quality Interior Fit out projects for both the Retail and Commercial sectors. They are looking to recruit a Assistant Buyer for their growing business.

The Assistant Buyer will work alongside a senior buyer and undertake the day to day purchasing requirements of the business as well as involved in supply chain / purchasing development.

The ideal candidate -

• Previous experience working as a buyer/assistant buyer within a construction company 
• Understand constraints of a growing business
• Understanding of construction materials
• Experience of joinery/fitout (desirable)
• Experience within a fast paced environment
• Experience with Purchase requirements - Supply chain / Purchasing Development
