 Air Conditioning Engineers (FGAS Certified) – Heating & Ventilation

Manchester and surrounding areas

Salary: circa £43,000 + overtime + benefits

Our client, a well-established and respected building services provider, is seeking an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join their team in and around Manchester. This role will support a national gym group, delivering high-quality maintenance and servicing of heating and ventilation systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on HVAC systems across multiple sites
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs efficiently and to a high standard
• Work independently across a regional patch with a company van provided
• Participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota

Essential Requirements:

• FGAS certification (Category 1)
• Proven experience in HVAC, particularly air conditioning systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Package Includes:

• £41,000 basic salary
• Overtime paid after 40 hours (average earnings circa £52k pa)
• On-call allowance (£1,950 annual bonus)
• Company van and fuel card
• Benefits package including death in service and other standard perks
