Job Overview

A housing services organisation in Salford is seeking a reliable and detail focused Administrator to support backlog reduction and routine administrative tasks. This is a hands on role requiring strong organisational skills, accuracy in data handling and the ability to manage compliance documentation effectively.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support backlog reduction by processing outstanding administrative tasks

  • Complete routine data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Prepare and organise handover packs for operational teams

  • Assist with compliance documentation and record management

  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems

  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and up to date

  • Follow company procedures and data protection guidelines


Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative role

  • Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail

  • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and internal systems

  • Good communication and organisational skills

  • Understanding of compliance processes desirable


Additional Requirements

  • Basic DBS required
