This is a hands on role requiring strong organisational skills, accuracy in data handling and the ability to manage compliance documentation effectively.
Support backlog reduction by processing outstanding administrative tasks
Complete routine data entry with a high level of accuracy
Prepare and organise handover packs for operational teams
Assist with compliance documentation and record management
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Liaise with internal teams to ensure documentation is complete and up to date
Follow company procedures and data protection guidelines
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Competent in Microsoft Office and internal systems
Good communication and organisational skills
Understanding of compliance processes desirable
Basic DBS required
