The role
We are recruiting an Administrator to support a busy facilities management operation in Sheffield. This is a fast-paced, highly organised role, ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating jobs, supporting engineers, and keeping accurate records across a CAFM system.
You will be the first point of contact for service requests, ensuring work orders are raised correctly, prioritised appropriately, and allocated to the right resource. You will also support planned maintenance scheduling, documentation, and general office administration to keep service delivery running smoothly.
