Hourly Rate: £12.25ph 

Multitask Personnel are working alongside a local authority in the North West who are looking to expand their administration team on a temporary basis, working Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700. 

Start Date: Tuesday 02nd April 2024 

Duties for the Administrator:

  • Photocopying and reproduction of documents
  • Maintenance of notice boards
  • Handling and logging incoming correspondence
  • Data input
  • Receiving and responding to everyday enquiries from/to customers, escalating requests outside one’s knowledge base to the appropriate person/area
  • Answering telephones in a courteous way, taking messages as required
  • Preparing clearly defined documents/presentations
  • Obtaining standard data and information in order to create documents or answer straightforward queries
  • Preparation of standard and non-standard documentation, for example reports, presentations and letters. This may require the use and integration of a range of computer-based procedures and standard software packages
  • Performing straightforward interpretation, analysis and manipulation of data, tasks or information
  • Receiving and responding to enquiries from/to customers judging when to pass on more complex queries on or to involve others
  • Minute taking
  • Filing, archiving and document retrieval
  • Organising and resolving most issues independently
