ROLE Administrator

LOCATION Wakefield


CONTRACT Temporary

Basic  DBS required.


1 x Full Time Role – Monday to Thursday –8.30 - 17.00

                                    Friday – 8.30 - 16.30

Multitask Personnel are working with a local authority in the Wakefield area, who are looking to expand their team in the administration sector. We are working alongside them to recruit a Young Person and Child Administrator based in Wakefield.

This is a temporary position, starting as soon as possible.

Education / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will hold 4 GCSE’s, Grade C or above, including Maths and English, or equivalent in experience.

Excellent written and verbal skills.

Excellent organisational skills.

Ability to learn new tasks as directed.

Able to respond to enquiries and communicate effectively and accuratley

Attend meetings, taking minutes.

Ability to deal with information of a confidential and sensitive nature with respect and integrity.


Duties and Responsibilities:


To provide an effective administration and business support service to staff and customers.

To act as first point of contact for the team, dealing with routine enquiries and requests for information, from either colleagues or the public.

To trat customers with respect and aim to provide the most effective service possible.

To provide accurate and timely reports as required by the service.

To arrange meetings and conferences including room bookings, document preparation and produce minutes in a timely manner.
