Multitask Personnel is proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading renewable energy wholesale company. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internal Sales Account Manager to take ownership of existing client relationships, drive sales performance, and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth within the solar energy market.
As an Account Manager, you will play a key role within the internal sales team—nurturing existing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from enquiry through to order fulfilment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in wholesale or technical sales who is looking to progress their career in the renewable energy industry.
Proactively develop new business through targeted lead generation
Build and manage strong relationships with existing customers to maximise retention and growth
Produce accurate quotations and process customer sales orders
Design bespoke solar energy systems (full training provided)
Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records using CRM software
Work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
Continuously develop product knowledge to advise customers effectively
Experience in a wholesale or B2B sales environment (Electrical, Renewables, or Building Supplies preferred)
Confident in both inbound and outbound sales calls
Proficient with CRM systems and online ordering platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills—both written and verbal
Skilled in presenting solutions and active listening
Competent with Microsoft Office tools
Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required
