Tent Builder

Would you like to be working outdoors as part of a team building high-quality temporary structures for Events and the Commercial sector?   

Our client are a central part of an organisation, responsible for delivering on a world-wide reputation for innovation, quality and professionalism. We are working closely with them to recruit a number of tent builders.

You will be based at the clients Brackley Office and expected to go wherever the business demands.

You will travel throughout the UK and occasionally to Europe and as such, you will be required to be away from home for periods at a time, for which allowances for food and accommodation are payable. Due to nature of the business you may be expected to start early on a Monday and work until late on Friday or possibly longer.

Professional Experience:

Ideally you will have experience of the following:

• Event site or construction background is an advantage but not essential.
• Certified (or willing to be trained) to operate Fork Lift Truck, Scissor Lift and Cherry Picker.
• Full Driving Licence.

Minimum Requirement:

• CSCS registration Card

Personality Traits:

• Team player, and after a period of training able to work on your own initiative
• Positive attitude towards problem solving – ensuring that work is completed safely, correctly and on time
• Must be flexible and willing to work on a limited number of weekends and Bank Holidays.
• Not daunted by the physical demands of the job or inclement weather and capable of performing under pressure.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of £8.50 per hour plus an increase for overtime hours worked, pension scheme (after qualifying period), and free gym membership, and have the opportunity to join a company who have ambitious but realistic growth plans.
