Temp Operations Support Assistant - I&C

Are you seeking a permanent position within an established and reputable business based in Doncaster? If so read on… Our client are a gas and smart meter specialist company in Doncaster, we are working closely with them to recruit a number of Planners to work in their Industrial and Commercial Meter department.

Duties will include:

• Book appointments for gas meter exchanges with industrial and commercial clients
• Updating information onto in-house computer system
• Checking and managing engineers availability
• Data inputting
• Carrying out all administration duties

The ideal candidate needs to:

• Be confident on the phone and with all Microsoft packages
• Have a good rapport with customers
• Be able to adapt and learn quickly
• Be able to overcome objections in a professional manner
• Enjoy working to and exceeding monthly targets
• Be eager to learn and want to succeed

Desirable but not mandatory:

• Call centre experience
• Gas Industry background

Wage is £8.50 per hour, rising to £9 after 13 weeks.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 4.30pm
