Multitask Personnel are looking for an inspiring and focussed leader is a necessity as the successful candidate will be working with a team of Operations Support Assistants in a fast paced, ever changing working environment with multiple priorities and targets Based in Newmarket.

  • Ensures all planned jobs are checked and efficiently dispatched by your team to maximise the amount of assets fitted on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Ensures effective jeopardy management by your team to satisfy Industry SLA’s and maximise completion rates
  • Works closely with the Area Operations Support Manager to achieve performance targets, minimise GSOS and maximum completion
  • Works closely with Area Operations Support Manager to drive continual improvement
  • Highlights and acts on skill and behavioural gaps with quality feedback and coaching interactions to strengthen individual and team performance
  • Conducts monthly performance reviews to drive continual improvement in the Domestic Dispatch, Planning and Jeopardy Teams
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with Field Managers and other key stakeholders
  • Ensures all people metrics are managed including efficiencies, behaviours, and Company values


  • The successful candidate will be able to effectively communication with the domestic dispatch, planning and jeopardy teams, whilst also clearly and concisely report to Area Operation Support Managers
  • Has the natural ability to problem solve and will be able to react and resolve back-office issues in an ever-changing landscape
  • You will be able to work well under pressure whilst constantly considering opportunities for improvement and development
  • You will have strong leadership experience and the ability to motivate and continually develop a team

Salary £24K Monday to Friday
