Support Administrator

We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector, we are recruiting for a number of Support Administrators to work at their site in Sheffield (S9) on a temp to perm basis

• The Support Administrator will act as the key point of contact for a number of external clients.
• The key purpose of the role will be to deliver excellent customer services whilst dealing with customer orders in a timely, professional and satisfactory manner ensuring work volume parameters are met.
• You will focus on continuous improvement, speed and proficiency of internal processes as well as maintaining accurate information on internal systems.
• The role will also involve answering inbound calls as well as working through a backlog of enquiries.

Hours are Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm,

Pay rate is £10.57ph.
