Role: Smart Meter Engineers (Permanent)

Area: Coventry

Salary: Basic 34k plus bonus scheme (40k + per annum OTE)

Start date: July 22

Our client is a successful gas and electric metering company who provide the exchange and repair of domestic, commercial and industrial gas meters on behalf of a number of large utility companies. Due to expansion they are looking for experienced Smart Meter Engineers on a permanent basis to install smart meters to properties within the Coventry area.

Duties and Responsibilities;

• Installation of smart meters in properties within Coventry.
• Ensure all work is carried out to the standard of the client.

The ideal candidate;

• Previous experience installing smart meters.
• Will hold their current CCN1 and MET1 qualifications.
• Provide first-class customer service and support

Package;

• Paid Induction
• £34k per year basic
• Price per job for out of hours/ call out (optional)
• Company vehicle with tools and fuel card plus PPE provided
• Option to upskill to EV and Air source heat pump installations
• 20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays
• Pension scheme

The average permanent engineer is currently earning £40k - £44k per annum!
