Site Manager

The Site Manager is responsible for managing a range of Construction and Refurbishment projects for the Commercial sector.  You will be mainly cover a range of commercial and high end residential projects within a 30 mile radius of Sheffield.

Key Responsibilities

People

• Managing workforce to ensure efficient and effective use of time and resources
• Management of projects ensuring work is completed to safety, on time and that policies and procedures are adhered to
• Monitor, in co-ordination with the Project Manager to ensure works are cost effective and variations are highlighted
• To ensure projects are delivered within required timescales

The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing Commercial refurbishment and new builds sites.

In return the company offer a package around £35-45k dependant on experience, no working away and a friendly team focussed working environment.
