Multitask Personnel are working with a dedicated company who complete HVAC services, supply, install and maintenance. Due to expansion we are working alongside them to recruit a Service Co-ordinator/ Compliance Agent at their offices in Manchester.
Main purpose of the role: To provide various administrative support functions, facilitating smooth operation of the Service Department.
Main duties include:
- Co-ordinate a small team of engineers
- Provide Administrative support
- Receive service calls from customers and deal with them speedily and effectively
- Book scheduled service work with the customer and ensure correct usage of resources.
- Sales order processing
- Handle customer complaints and refer to the correct personnel for investigation.
- Coordinate customer requirements to other departments within the business, to ensure effective customer service.
- Look after small contracts, ensure the smooth running and quote renewal
