Multitask Personnel are working with a dedicated company who complete HVAC services, supply, install and maintenance. Due to expansion we are working alongside them to recruit a Service Co-ordinator/ Compliance Agent at their offices in Manchester.

Main purpose of the role:  To provide various administrative support functions, facilitating smooth operation of the Service Department.

Main duties include:

  • Co-ordinate a small team of engineers
  • Provide Administrative support
  • Receive service calls from customers and deal with them speedily and effectively
  • Book scheduled service work with the customer and ensure correct usage of resources.
  • Sales order processing
  • Handle customer complaints and refer to the correct personnel for investigation.
  • Coordinate customer requirements to other departments within the business, to ensure effective customer service.
  • Look after small contracts, ensure the smooth running and quote renewal
